Meera's Berry Smoothie

This is the recipe that was the start of my healthy eating journey! This was suggested by my nutritionist aunt and I often still have this smoothie now!
Makes 1 smoothie
1-2 dessert spoonfuls yoghurt (I use non-dairy yoghurt normally)
2 dessert spoonfuls of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate are my go-tos here)
1 small handful of frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or a mix!)
1 teaspoon of tart cherry juice (you can find this at health food stores)
A splash of milk of your choice (I go for almond milk or oat milk normally, and put in enough until you get to your optimal smoothie thickness)
Put all the ingredients in a blender (I always go with the frozen ingredients first, close to the blade for easy blending, but consult your blender's instruction manual for the order, as it prevents you from needing to faff around with pulsing or getting ingredients close to the blade)
Pour into your favourite drinking vessel of choice and enjoy!
